For more than 25 years Chef Michele has been following his passion: cooking.
Continuous research, experimentation and evolution have always been indispensable ingredients of his dishes, as well as the genuineness and careful choice of products. It’ s a type of cuisine that looks at the territory and seasonality with a high attention to waste prevention.
